If you follow us on our facebook page, you might have noticed that last week the Pullman Danang Beach Resort booked me to shoot 2 photographs of the new chandelier they installed in their lobby. Because the moto of our company is "Always do more" and "Client doesn't pay if he is not happy with the results", I thought that it was the perfect time to offer them a full 360 immersion in their lobby to showcase their new piece of art.
Unlike most 360 degrees photosphere views where only 10 to 20 images shot with a fisheye lens are used to create the final panorama, I used 244 images made with the Fujinon 35mm f2 to get the crispiest and most detailed view as possible. Obviously with Facebook and Google Street View compression a lot of details are lost but you when you zoom in you can definitely see how sharp and detailed the images are.
This new technology introduced by google and now implemented on facebook is becoming very popular and all businesses are jumping on it because it drastically boost their SEO.
For those who are unfamiliar with 360 images, just move your phone around or tap and scroll on the screen to see experience the full view. You can also zoom in or out by simply pinching your screen just as you would with other apps.
Tell me what you guys think and feel free to contact us if you are interested in 360 Images for your business. Cheers.
