Yesterday we had an important shoot in Hoi An and I bring along the Sony A7RIII with the 90mm 2.8 Macro with us to see how well it would perform in a real life documentary style use. I couldn't spend more than 30 minutes on the edit and grading of this video since it has been done during our lunch break.
We are currently building a photography studio for a client in central vietnam and based on their requirements we recommended to buy 3 x A7RIII even though we are big fujifilm fans :D The necessity for High Resolution, Full-Frame body and above all, the ability to shoot tethered using Capture one pro made the recommendation a no brainer.
What a day!!! After rushing from Laguna Lang Co shooting the Golf Legend Lord Faldo here I am taking a flight to Phu Quoc to shoot the stunning Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort! The timing was so tight that my baby love barely had the time to prepare my clothes and I didn't even have time to unpack and charge all the equipment batteries!
As a long time golfer I cannot say enough how lucky and proud I feel to be the assigned photographer for Nick Faldo and his event in Laguna Lang Co. Thank you very much to all the team for this opportunity and stay tuned on this blog post for all the images and video of this event.
I had some insights about it thanks to our statistics but after reading a dozen of different articles/stat reports it appears that the best video length for FB is between 30 to 60 in term of social engagement. Across all the stuff I've read here is a very well written article that gives you pretty much all these useful stats that might help if you market your products or brand on facebook:
Yesterday we had a photoshoot for 2 restaurants in the center of Hoi An and oh lord.... This city is crazy!!!! We arrived at noon at the Hai Cafe and the restaurant was packed... not just full, people were queuing in front of the restaurant!
After a pretty busy week full of shooting both pictures and videos, guess how we like to spend our Sunday!? By making more pictures and videos LOL! The amazing chef (Warwick) of the Sheraton Grand Danang and his wife (Dayle) invited us for their very first brunch and the food, drinks were as spectacular as the atmosphere was great! I
How amazing it is to be able to combine 2 passions!!! Today it's golf and photography. Adam Calver the Director of the Laguna Lang Co Golf Course welcomed us to scout the lighting conditions on the golf course in preparation to an important photoshoot at the end of the month.
What's up every one? We just had this awesome photoshoot in our Studio for Namaka Jewelry and Hong Kong Wedding Center based in Danang. Here the concept was simple, showcase as much jewelry and dress as possible :P
Last week I had the chance to fly to Phu Quoc in Vietnam to make a video of the soon to be opened Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort managed by Accor Hotels and what a surprise!!!
Looking through the airplane window upon your arrival on this stunning island, you'll soon realize what the hype is all about. Crystal clear waters, Large forests, beautiful weather (felt even better coming from Danang where it's been raining and grey for the last 2 months).
Before anything else I’d like you to know that you gave me 2 incredible years. We started with literally nothing, just you, I and our love for adventures and challenges. You never let me down, (well, apart from that time I didn’t give you enough juice at night 😀). You taught me so much, gave me the opportunity to defy those who once said “you’ll never make it as a photographer” and to answer to that, you brung home a total of 125.000 USD for the past 2 years.
Yesterday we had a great photoshoot for Yaly Couture (local Hoi An based company) in our new studio location. For the entire shoot I used the Fujifilm XT2 with the latest firmware 3.0 tethered to a 2017 Macbook pro running both X-Acquire and Capture One. It was the first time I entirely relied on the Fujifilm system for a commissioned job as I usually use the Nikon D750. Here are the pros and cons I experienced during the shoot
Good morning peeps! Last week Kristina and I had once again the chance to work with the great team of Fusion Maia Danang. This time it was to produce a music video for the upcoming APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) that will be hosted in our beautiful DANANG City.
Last week the Pullman Danang Beach Resort asked me to photograph the new chandelier they installed in their lobby and I thought that it was a great occasion to officially launch our new Virtual Tour Services.
Hello Social World! Here is a video where I talk about the performance of the #fujifilm#GFX#mediumformat#camera for street photography and some images from both the GFX and the XT2. Let me know what you guys think and if it worth the extra $$$.
Hi everyone, I'm Jonathan SAYEB Photographer and Owner of Enzo Creation and Today I'm super excited to put my hands on the new Fujifilm GFX50s so let's check it out:This small review was made possible thanks to Anh Duc Digital in Danang and Fujifilm vietnam who very nicely offered me to test the camera for few days.
You know those situations where you are super pumped with positiveness and because of that all the awesome things arrive at the same time??? Well, that's been like this for the last few days hence my disappearance from all the social platforms 😳. It's fun tho because now I kind of face what I would call the vietnamese dilemma 💁:
The alarm rang at 3.30 on my Samsung watch... can't be bothered and just turned it off... then the alarm on the phone rang at 3.35, time to wake up since It's gonna keep snoozing on both the devices every 5 minutes :D sneak peak at the sky from the balcony and Venus is "shining bright like a diamond" (Lame music tastes I know but we had some fun with my son and this song).
Yesterday I was working on few images for a client and when I was done with it the first thing that came to my mind is that i needed to shoot some more. It's funny how photography feels like a drug sometimes. The need to create new images, improve your lighting, composition skills...
Exactly a year ago I had the pleasure to work with a Korean Marketing agency called "D.INTELIGENCE" on an assignment for Petrolimex Vietnam. Their concept was to promote Motorcycle Oil with the help of the famous Vietnamese actress Nabi Nha Phuong.
Recently Enzo Creation had the exciting opportunity of being named the official photographer for the Taste of Australia Culinary Competition final and the Taste of Australia Family BBQ. Both events were held here in Da Nang, and were organized by the Australian consulate in Vietnam.
Having a studio to work in has long been a dream for us all here at Enzo Creation. We are so excited to announce we have finally fulfilled that dream, by opening Enzo Creations Studio in DaNang Vietnam.
Recently Enzo Creation had the chance to be assigned as official photographer and videographer for a corporate event here in Da Nang. The event was organized by RWSolutions (event management company based in Hong Kong) to promote the famous Combined Logistics Network (CLN – one of the largest association for freight forwarders around the globe). Working with the team at RWSolutions was an absolute pleasure.
Enzo Creation recently had the opportunity of shooting the beautiful Sandy Beach Resort Danang. Meeting Mr Luke Benbow (General Manager), was a great experience, not only he knows every single inch of his property but also has a very open mind when it comes to market his property.
What makes a great camera? Is it being small enough to fit in your pocket? large enough to capture every detail? or are you looking for something in between? For each person, the perfect camera is something different. Fuji has recently released a camera, the XT2, that I believe will have many people excited.
Recently we had the chance to photograph the brand new Ibis Saigon Airport Hotel in Ho Chi Minh city, and what an experience it was! We spent four days on location shooting beautiful rooms, lifestyle images and we had a lot of fun thanks to the the cooperation of the management of the hotel. Definitely one of the most pleasant shoot of my career in hotel and resort photography.
Today i wanted to write this blog post because I was wondering about the future of what represents a good part of our business, hotel photography. The past few months we had the chance to work with hotels across Vietnam and last week I saw an advert of the new Premier Village Resort in Phu Quoc by Sun Group where the 3d renderings of the rooms looked quite amazing for a hotel that is still under construction.
